I'm Delaney. I am a costumer and seamstress in Hood River, Oregon. My passion for sewing and history lead me to study Costume Construction and Design at Southern Oregon University. While there, I gained my skills which include pattern drafting, technical editing, design, millinery; as well as contemporary, couture, and historical tailoring. Throughout my career I’ve developed a keen eye for details in design and production. I have a passion for educating others in the skills I've learned. I love to research and test, both new and old, techniques to incorporate in my designs.
I would rather help create an experience than just a garment, or bag. Every stitch is made with intention and forethought, and I feel honored to have others wear my creations. My goal is to produce one-of-a-kind designs for the wearer to freely express their own unique and wonderful style, while allowing me to create my expressions.
I look forward to what my studio has in store for me, and I am ready to embrace the challenges of pursuing dreams.
